They didn't make our shakes the way we ordered and the motzerella sticks were not cooked all the way. Not really excited about them. Feels like the employees need better training.
Usually my service is okay but the last week has been terrible. I had a coupon and they charged me full price. There was stuff missing from my orders. I had to wait 20 minutes for two drinks. When I went today and tried to use my half of coupon, the lady told me she added it in but she did not. I got charged full price. I will not be going to milan sonic again. The service has gone down dramatically.
