Tosha and the entire staff are amazing here. We've been State Farm customers for years, but we've never had an agent who's done everything they could to ensure we were happy like they've done here! Very happy with our agent!
I will never ever ever recommend State Farm to anyone. I have spoke to SO many individuals who are having the same issue as me. They raise your rates then when you call and ask why, everyone is clueless. I’m a single college student living on my own working full time and I feel like this office and this company has taken advantage of me. How in the world could my rates continue climbing if I haven’t had any wrecks, any tickets? They told me my rates went up because I moved to Jackson, TN. I just did my research: In 2017 so far Davidson County (which is the County Nashville is located in) has had 24,731 wrecks. So far in 2017 Madison County (of course this is Jackson’s County) has had a total of 2,818 wrecks thus far. State Farm why did you tell me my rates went up because Jackson has more wrecks than my previous address? Do you guys even do research on these “facts” before you tell your customers? My insurance was MUCH cheaper when I lived in Nashville, then I change State Farm offices to the one in Milan, TN that Trisha Webster is over and now all of a sudden it’s chaos every other month with my rate increase.
We have had a fantastic experience with State Farm. Tisha is a wonderful agent to work with and is very detailed on our best options for insurance. Recently, we have had a couple of claims and State Farm/Tisha Webster was our hero. I'm State Farm for life!
