Called the agency on Monday, September 18th, 2017 to inquiry about a homeowners quote. Lady that answered the phone, wish I'd written down her name, said no-one was in the office to provide a quote till Thursday....really. She didn't even offer to take my number and call me back. Guess they don't need the business. Called the Trenton office, talked to Amy.....excellent service. Apparently, I'm not the first to complain about the Milan office.
