Great place to have your animals receive the care they need! Both doctors are very knowledgeable!
The vet was great. She was nice, and she even asked me to call back regularly to let her know how my dog was doing. Like the other posts, the lady at the front desk was so rude. I called to explain the situation to the secretary, and she rudely rushed me off the phone saying that she was busy. I understand that she could have been busy, but it was the way that she said it. Also, while I was there, she was super huffy and seemed annoyed. From the other reviews, I can see that she is always like that. Great vet, but the lady at the front desk is not someone you want to see as soon as you walk in.
I think the knowledge they show is quite remarkable for a small town clinic. They have met me in the middle of the night for ER calls, have soothed my dog through vet anxiety, and are amazing affordable. They will even tell you where you can buy medicine at a more affordable price than what they can offer.
From diagnosing rare conditions, to routine exams and shots to helping two move over the rainbow bridge, both doctors have been no less than stellar. Neither have ever tried to push unnecessary medications, sell overpriced food, or suggest unneeded treatment.
Don't be scared of the intake person! This clinic is top notch.
Same as the other post!!! I love the vet but the one lady there, the hateful one I dont know why the vet keeps her. They are the only vet in Milan and they treated my elderly dog who had a stroke.. the vet was wonderful but Jennifer is a B!! I was in Alabama for the summer and I had to take my dog to another vet a serious problem. They called Milan and asked for her records so they could treat her. They were to be faxed. Never faxed cost me a ton of extra money, she had just had her shots two weeks prior at Milan and they cant bother to simply fax her records or at least pull her file and tell the new vet. I will never go back. Jennifer is the hateful one.....
This was first time i have been to this vet. Very professional, informative, and friendly. Explained to me everything I should know, and didn't pressure me to pay for anything unnecessary. Fair prices. Will be a return customer for sure.
I have been taking my dogs and cats to this clinic for years. I adore both doctors. They are knowledgeable, patient, and caring. I do agree that the front desk person could be a little more cordial, but what happens once I get in the exam room with my pets is what matters most.
