I went in here to get a color to cover my hair. The salesperson gave me a color and said it would cover it. It did not. So I went back and got another color. She guaranteed me it would work. Again it did not. I went back the next day to return the dye. The lady there told me she could not refund me because I used too much of it. This left me very pissed because their sign says love it or return it. I will not be going back.
