Second time I been here and BOTH times pizza is OLD AND HARD AS A ROCK!!! TERRIBLE! I even asked the rude girl that was working when it was cooked (it says on the box), and she lied! I knew the pizza looked old and she INSISTED it was cooked within 20 mins before I got there...aint no way in hell. It's super dry and hard...eww. pepperoni's so old they're crusty and brittle! Sure wish I could upload a pic of this atrocious disaster!
The employee on the phone was short and slightly rude. She didn't even take my name. What bothers me the most is that they were gonna charge me 1.50 to make it easy sauce, or light sauce. How are you going to charge me more money for less sauce? I didn't order a hot and ready, I ordered a regular pizza. This is ridiculous and I will not be ordering here again.
Terrible service gave me the wrong food then somehow it was my fault. Couldn't give a refund because I didn't have a receipt but yet one was never given to me. All around wouldn't recommend the Milan location it's beyond a joke
