Great group of people. They installed a fence around the pool and I am very pleased. The quality is better than expected and installation perfect.
When I had them install my fence, I told them to fence my property, but instead of finding the pins and fencing the property as asked, they put up fence around the sodded area only. Now that the neighbor has put up her fence it's obvious that my fence is nowhere near my property line. The pin is plainly visible to the naked eye if you take about 10 seconds and look for it. I called and talked about this situation and the response was "We'll send out an estimator and take a look at it." They want $490.00 to move the fence to the property line that they were asked to fence to in the first place. When I complained I was told "We accept absolutely NO responsibility for where a fence goes in." Their story is that they would never have put the fence in where it is without someone telling them to put it there. It is NOT on my property line as I asked and I certainly did NOT tell them to put it where it is. Use these guys at your own risk. They don't stand behind their work and you can't trust them to do as you asked them. $3000 plus for this..
Don't use these guys. I had them put up a privacy fence. After a couple of months a section of the fence came loose. I called and asked to have it repaired and was told that they would be in the area in a few days and they would get to it then. That didn't happen so I called again. I was told OOPS sorry, we'll be back in the area again in a few days and we'll take care of it then. Nope didn't happen that time either.After an entire month, I called again and was told the same story. I told them never mind, I'll fix it myself and I did.
Did a wonderful job - very professional in dealing with. I have sent several new customers their way - I was at home the day they installed my fence and I think that is imperative if you want the fence right where you need it!. I have a small dog and my main objective was keeping him in - completely successful and a beautiful addition to my property!
