Love it
My local store called this store in order to transfer in a shirt that wasn't available online or in my store. I was pleasantly surprised that when I received and opened my order they had also sent a handwritten thank you card with a coupon. I've transferred in clothes from other stores before, but I've never gotten a thank you card. So while I've not stepped foot in their store, I do believe that they are extremely thoughtful, sweet, and definitely helpful. Thank you so much for your help and my shirt!
