Due to lack of training in the auto department, the plug in my oil pan was not properly replaced, causing the oil to run out and the engine to run dry. The engine was damaged beyond repair and needed to be replaced. The manager never returned any phone calls or messages regarding this.
Another time, they replaced the wrong tire on the car, despite being told exactly which tire needed to be replaced.
I couldn't even recommend them in the case of an emergency. Find someplace else to go.
If you get there when they open they xam get you in and out pretty fast. No issues. Good price. Just can't show up on a sat at noon and expect to leave fast. Lol
TERRIBLE, every time I've come to this walmart to attempt to get an oil change it's a 2 hour wait. NO ONE IS EVER AT THE REGISTER TO HELP WITH QUESTIONS, ALWAYS HAVING TO WAIT ON AN ATTENDANT TO GET TO THE STATION FOR ASSISTANCE. THEY HAVE FIVE SERVICE DOORS, ONLY SEEN ONE TECHNICIAN WALKING AROUND, BUT THEY ALLEGEDLY HAVE 6 OR MORE PER THE PHOTOGRAPHS ON THE WALL! I CAME TO WALMART EXPECTING TO GET A FAIR PRICE FOR A OIL CHANGE, BY PASSING THE HIKED PRICES AT THE LOCAL MOM&POP SERVICE STATION. Once again this walmart is has let me down...
The worst walmart in tennessee by far do not go here if you can help it go anywhere else. No one wants to help just to buy a tire and have it put on a rim 3 hour wait.
