Went to look at an explorer and they didn't have it ready for me to drive. Then they wanted to group the buying of the vehicle with the trade in of my car I wouldn't figure out the price of both. Then all I wanted was an additional 400.00 for my trade to seal the deal but they passed it up. So I went somewhere else and got a better deal on a better vehicle. Didn't know that 400.00 would make or break anyone.
